Welcome to iGAME ’s Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”). This is a contract between you and Alpha Research Inc., Vancouver, BC, Canada (as defined further below) and we want you to know your and our rights before you use the iGAME website or application (“iGAME” or the “App”). Please take a few moments to read these Terms before enjoying the App, because once you access, view or use the App, you are going to be legally bound by these Terms (so probably best to read them first!).
Hello dear friends! You should read these terms and conditions in full because these terms and conditions apply every time you visit iGAME and use its features. However, just in case you need a reminder of the main points, here’s a quick summary:
iGAME.MY is a website and iGAME application designed as a platform for share photos, minimum personal information, connection with new people, face to face networking. iGAME is meant to be a fun place to visit and it is important to us (and to you) that it remains a safe and friendly environment so you agree that you will only use iGAME in a manner that is fit for its purpose and in accordance with these terms and conditions, and iGAME Community Guidelines and Safety Tips (“Terms”). When we mention iGAME, we mean igame.my, www.igame.my, along with affiliated websites and apps.
iGAME is a meeting place for adults. You may only use iGAME, including any of its features, or become a registered member if you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country of residence if over 18).
You warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by the Terms and that by using iGAME you will not violate the laws or regulations of the country in which you reside. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
You can upload or unload all kinds of things on iGAME, including photos, messages and other content (“Content”).
However, there are some rules about what is acceptable, so when you use iGAME, you may not upload, post or upload any Content that:

Please note that by posting, uploading or posting Content on iGAME, you represent and warrant to us that:
Buying on iGAME – provides you with the convenience of purchasing subscriptions and in-app features directly through the App Store for iOS users and the Google Play Store for Android users. Our range of iGAME services offers you enhanced opportunities to connect with more people, personalize your profile, and advanced analytics features. In addition, you can enjoy various engaging activities available within the app. To access these premium features, simply register on iGAME and navigate to the purchase section in the app, where you can subscribe to iGAME services or buy in-app items. These purchases can be made for various durations and are conveniently billed through your App Store or Google Play Store account.
Renewal of iGAME subscription services – Once you allow iGAME to charge your chosen payment method. If you wish to cancel or change your payment method at any time, you can do so through the payment settings options under your profile or by contacting your mobile service provider. If your preferred payment method is through your mobile service provider, feel free to ask them about their payment terms, as their payment terms will govern how payments to iGAME are made and how those payments can be changed or cancelled. Your subscription to iGAME subscription service will automatically renew until you decide to cancel, and if you have activated the Auto-Recharge feature,
Transfer my paid services to another user – If you choose to participate in any of the activities, iGAME paid features, or services designed to improve your iGAME user experience, you agree to use these services for yourself and not to transfer (for free or as a sale) to or purchase, or sell the service from other iGAME users. iGAME reserves the right not to receive any paid services where you have tried to transfer the service to another use or you have tried to purchase the service from another user. iGAME will only provide you with a paid service if you are the one receiving it.
Credit last – we reserve the right to terminate any unused credit that expires for 6 months (unless the credit was purchased through iTunes). If you delete your account or if your account is closed by us due to a violation of these Terms, you will lose all accumulated credits. If you receive a free credit or promotion, we may invalidate it at any time. Credits cannot be exchanged for money or value of any kind from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Running at all times – can’t be guarantee because sometimes we have to perform maintenance on apps or sites or they may be affected by errors or circumstances beyond our control, so iGAME is provided on an “as is” “as available” basis. No warranty is given about the quality, accuracy, functionality, availability or performance of iGAME and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, change, modify or vary the services provided on iGAME without notice and without incurring any liability to you.
On mobile – You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to ensure you can access iGAME (including, but not limited to internet provider and mobile internet provider fees and, other fees associated with such access). We are not responsible for any decline in functionality that you may experience as a result of or in connection with accessing iGAME via mobile services or similar services as currently known or developed in the future.
We process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated in these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read the terms of our Privacy Policy before using iGAME. By using iGAME, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data you provide is true, precise and accurate.
At iGAME, we understand the importance of your privacy and the right to control your personal data. If at any point you decide that you would like to discontinue using our service and wish to have your account and associated data deleted, we provide a straightforward way for you to do so.
If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting us directly at support(at)igame(dot)my with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please provide your account username or the email address used to register the account in your request.
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will verify your identity for security purposes and proceed with the following steps:
Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to our services, and this action cannot be reversed.
Personal data retain – for as long as necessary to provide services to our users, or for other essential purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. If data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be isolated from further processing and used only for the required purpose. We may update the data deletion process from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
The Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated copy of the Website Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify, amend or amend the Terms at any time (“ Changes ”). If we do, the Changes will be uploaded on this page and we will indicate the effective date of the update at the bottom of the Terms. In certain circumstances, we may email you to notify you of any Changes. You should regularly check this page for any Changes.
If you do not accept the Change of Terms, you must stop using iGAME immediately. If you continue to use iGAME after the Change, you accept the Change and you will be legally bound by the new updated Terms.
If, for any reason, a Provision is declared invalid, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that such provision is invalid, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and removed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in force, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable
